The APCS-2000 verifies and validates the performance of all Sellers and competitive spray nozzles.
The APCS-2000 is the first monitoring device that works from the exterior of the tanks and requires no modification to the tank. It is non-intrusive! Simply attach the acoustic sensor to the outside of the tank or vessel.
The acoustic sensor is linked to the APCS-2000 Monitoring device which includes diagnostic software enabling you to “listen” for changes inside the tank.
This monitoring device clearly indicates:
- Changes in rotational speed and frequency
- Spray loss
- Nozzle clogging
- Pressure variations
The audible and visual alarms can notify operators as soon as corrective action is needed which can also signal or indicate when maintenance of the spray nozzles in required.
CIP Explorer (software) over Ethernet provides the ability to monitor tank wash operations live; store tank wash results for future analysis, print tank wash summary results, change alarm parameters on the fly, and trouble shoot CIP problems. It greatly enhances the ability to manage and document CIP tank wash operations.
