FR2 Barrel Cleaning System:
The FR2 High Pressure Cask and Barrel Cleaning System includes a stainless steel tubular support frame on casters with four conical shaped insets to accept racks holding two barrels. It comes equipped with a high pressure pump, cold or hot water connections, and (2) three dimensional barrel cleaners with 1.65" (42mm) spray heads, and a 28" (700mm) shaft length. The FR2 can efficiently clean both barrels simultaneously in a minimum of time.
FR1 Barrel Cleaning System:
The FR1 System includes a loading and unloading frame which is a stainless steel roll-up ramp with four barrel-positioning rollers, and height adjustable rubber feet, and a (1) barrel cleaning system that includes a stainless steel tipper frame, a collecting container for waste water drainage, and one Roto Jet rotary electric drive cleaner.
- The H/S is a hand-operated internal cleaner for wooden barrels, which cleans and siphons of the dirty water at the same time.
- Angular Air Drive Roto Jet Barrel Washer consists of a short shaft Roto Jet cleaner that is attached and an angular air motor, a cart, and feed by the pressure washer. This arrangement eliminates the need to move racks and barrels for cleaning.
